How to Find Your Shopify Collaborator Code

As a Shopify Partner, RankPay uses the Shopify Collaborator Request system to securely access your store for setup and ongoing management. To approve our request, we’ll need your Collaborator Code. Not all Shopify stores will require a code so please only look for this code if RankPay has asked you to provide your collaborator code.

Steps to Find Your Collaborator Code:

1. Log in to your Shopify Admin at shopify.com.
   
2. In the bottom-left corner, click on Settings.
   
3. From the Settings menu, select Users and Permissions.
   
4. Scroll down to the Collaborator Request Code section.
   
5. Your 4-digit Collaborator Code will be listed there. It may look something like 1234.
   

What Happens Next?

Once you provide the Collaborator Code, RankPay will submit a request to access your store with the permissions needed to manage your marketing and analytics setup. You’ll be notified in your Shopify Admin to approve or deny the request.
